Victor Lugala is a seasoned southern Sudanese journalist with a background in print and radio journalism. He gained practical experience before he went for his undergraduate studies in Tanzania.
Currently he is writing his MA thesis in Kenya where he also works for the Nairobi-based Sudan Radio Service. Besides his regular work as a radio journalist he is also a newspaper columnist and his satirical/humorous column THE SHOESHINERS is widely read in Southern Sudan. He also writes short stories and poetry. He has self-published two collections of resistance poetry.
