Francis Brewer

Francis Brewer is a Monrovia, Liberia-based broadcaster and reporter. 

He began writing in high school, and afterward trained and worked at his county's community radio station Radio Gbehzon as a producer, presenter and reporter 2007 – 2008.

Francis later joined the United Methodist Radio in Monrovia where he served as newscaster, producer and presenter, and reporter 2008 – 2009. He then joined Star Radio Liberia serving in various capacities, including training interns.

Presently he’s working as a program officer and journalist trainer at the Liberia Media Center and writes for the LMC’s official website, and the Corridor local daily in Monrovia.

Francis won Liberian Christian Journalist of the year in 2008 and is a devoted member of the Liberia Christian Journalist Network, the Press Union of Liberia and other journalist networks to include the media project.
