Adolf Briandt has worked in the media for over 15 years as a film and television Sound Engineer, Producer/Director, Television Programming and a Creative Director.
Adolf’s experience in media successfully guided Net 2 Television to the top, with two fine weekly productions - ‘Lifeline’, a 30-minute lifestyle program and ‘Sports Icon’, a 30-minute program focused on sports personalities.
As the first Sports Channel Manager of Next Generation Broadcasting Ltd, Adolf set up and managed ASN - a 24/7 sports channel on the Smart TV decoder across 3 territories - Ghana, Kenya and Uganda. As Head of Channel for ASN, Briandt brokered deals to create Ingwe TV (AFC Leopards FC), the first club television programming in East and Central Africa and Kotoko TV (Kumasi Asante Kotoko FC).
Adolf Briandt has worked in different capacities on over 1,000 hours of television content across all genres plus corporate documentaries. He has also covered several international assignments, including the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.
Adolf holds a Masters degree in Communications, Media and Public Relations from the University of Leicester.
