It means the right of Muslims in Egypt to speak out on the basis of the Qur'an and the Hadith, just as it means the Copts of Egypt have got to be protected in law. They've got to have equality under the law. They cannot be second-class citizens. Indeed they have to have the opportunity to take their own version of Christianity and bring it into the public discourse of Egypt.
